What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on customer’s computer or other Device when customer visits almost any website. Customer’s Internet browser stores them to contain basic information about customer’s Internet use, but they do not normally identify customer personally. Customer’s browser sends these cookies back to the site every time customer revisits it, so it can recognize customer’s computer (or other Device) and personalize and improve customer’s experience on the website.
We may also work with third party advertisers to give customer access to interesting and exciting content through our websites. Therefore, as well as setting some cookies ourselves (“first party cookies”), we also allow some advertisers who display advertisements on our websites to set cookies, known as “third party cookies”. These cookies record information about customer’s use of advertisements. This helps advertisers to show customer advertisements that are more likely to interest the customer, limit the number of times customer may see an advertisement, and help to improve customer’s online experience.
